HEATED
SCULPT
LIFT is our traditional strength training workout that builds power, endurance, and control. The instructors will challenge every major muscle group using heavier weights, functional movement patterns, and alignment-focused sequences to build strength and gain muscle.
Heated Sculpt is an high intensity class that incorporates yoga, strength, cardio and core movements while being in a heated room. Then we end our classes with a savasana cold towel cool down to end you in a relaxed state.
We have 60 minute or 45 minute class options.
GLUTES
CARDIO + CORE
This heated class combines elements of strength, Pilates and HIIT into one format, Focusing on lower body and core. Banded exercises, Resistance Training and Cardio sequence.
SHRED
Build strength, endurance and mobility in this body weight calisthenics class. This is a full body work out that will leave you realizing that just your body is all you need to build muscle
BOOTCAMP
Station based circuits - working core, upper body, cardio and lower body circuits for the ultimate full body HIIT format.
HOT CORE
Vinyasa Flow is a breath to movement yoga flow that builds strength and mobility.
Vinyasa + Core is our breath to movement flow with focus on strengthening core muscles.
These classes emphasize the use of kettlebells for functional strength, improving both muscular and cardiovascular systems through dynamic, total body movements.

Accessible for beginners and those seeking a gentler, yet potentially challenging, practice.
